Since we custom built your pet furniture our shipping time is 10-14 days. Sometime its quicker then 10-14 days. Feel free to contact us to check on our shipping time and we may be able to ship it quicker for you.
We are committed to providing you 100% satisfaction. We understand sometimes products do not appear exactly the same on the internet as they do when you recieved them.Since, we are the manufacturer we can resolve your concern quickly and are easy to work with. However.if you need to return an item,we ask that you contact us first for specific return instructions. Unopened Merchandise and standard items (not custom ordered)
May be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.Upon receipt of the return merchandise,a refund will to the credit card account used for the porduct. You will reimbursed for the original cost of the product,not including shipping.
We are happy to accept your return only in like new condition,within 30 days of delivery date.Upon receipt of the return merchandise a refund will be issued to the credit card account used for the product.You will be reimbursed for the original cost, minus 15% restocking fee,not including shipping.
If the merchandise appears damage upon receipt,please contact us immediately. We will make arrangement to ship out the replacement item(s) ASAP and arrange for the shipper to pick up the damaged merchandise and initiate a damage claim on your behalf. And since we are the manufacturer will can ship the replacement item(s) quickly.
All returns must be insured and provide to us the tracking #.
